Z FEDERAL is pleased to announce we are supporting the Office of Energy Analysis at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) to provide energy subject matter expertise on Electric Generating Unit Technology Cost and Performance Characteristics. Z FEDERAL will conduct a study to improve the ability of the Electricity Market Module (EMM) to represent the changing landscape of electricity generation, and to more accurately represent capital and non-fuel operating costs of generating technologies.
